Terms of Service for Componder

Welcome to Componder. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Componder website, mobile application, and our home healthcare services. By accessing our platform or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Componder provides a platform to facilitate home-based healthcare services, including but not limited to:
- Nursing and physiotherapy visits.
- Medical equipment rentals and sales.
- Diagnostic lab tests at home.
- Medicine delivery and geriatric care.
Note: Componder is a facilitator and service provider. While we strive for excellence, our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
2. User Eligibility and Registration
- Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to book services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and booking process.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old to request services. For minors, a legal guardian must provide consent and manage the booking.
3. Service Appointments and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Appointments are subject to the availability of healthcare professionals.
- Cancellations: We understand plans change. However, cancellations made within [e.g., 4 hours] of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Professional Conduct: We expect a safe and respectful environment for our visiting staff. Componder reserves the right to terminate services if a staff member feels unsafe or is subjected to misconduct.
4. Payments and Billing
- Pricing: All prices for services are listed on the platform and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure online gateways (Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets) or cash on delivery where applicable.
- Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g., if a service was not rendered or a product was defective).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Componder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- While we conduct background checks on all personnel, Componder is not responsible for the clinical outcomes of treatments, which are inherently subject to medical variability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Componder platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Componder and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our branding without prior written consent.
7. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
